Our site, what

we provide

  • Wimbledon Woodcraft Park Farm is a sustainable, volunteer ran site. It includes 3 separate woodland areas, a bushcraft area, campfires and an adventure playground!

  • We’ve worked very hard to make our campsite as accessible as possible. While we have to recognise that it’s a farm, We can successfully facilitate a camping trip for a various degree of physical ability.

  • We have solar panels on the roof of our barn that generate up to 10 KW of energy at the farm, over 75% of what we generate goes back to the grid, making us environmentally stable!

  • Lower Barn Toilets

    This block has recently been rebuilt. Each cubicle in this block includes a toilet and sink. Around the other side is 3 urinals and 3 washrooms. These toilets are gender neutral. They’re located at the bottom of our site next to one of our fields and our adventure playground

  • Accessible toilets and Showers

    Next to our lower barn toilets we also have a newly rebuilt wheelchair accessible toilet and shower.

  • Accessible Showers

    In both our shower blocks we have an accessible shower with a hand-held shower head.

  • Upper Field Toilets

    This block include both female and male toilets, and a wheelchair accessible toilet with baby changing facilities

  • Showers

    We have 2 shower blocks, both located by the barn, behind the toilets.

  • Kitchens

    Each field has a fully equipped kitchen tent. We have water and electricity connected to each tent and we provide gas for the ovens.

  • Barn Field

    This field has a fully equipped kitchen tent and a marquee. The closest toilet is the lower barn.

  • Copse Field

    This field has a built kitchen and marquee tent. The closest toilet is located across the main path to the upper field.

  • Upper Field

    Located at the top of the campsite. This field also includes a kitchen tent and Marquee. The closest toilets is the upper field, located near the field entrance gate.

  • Upper woods

    This is our largest and most frequently used woods. It’s where we base all bushcraft camps and activities. Deer are frequently spotted in these woods. At the top of these woods lie a public footpath, leading towards black-down to the right, and towards the village to the left.

  • The Copse

    This is our smallest woods, travelling back roughly 250 meters. Trees are evenly spread and it’s our recommended woods for activities such as biviying/hammocks

  • The Badger Woods

    Our badger woods is less used by group camps and is part of a public hiking trail towards black-down. It has a beautiful brook running through it and lots of wildlife.

  • Trim Trail

    Our brand new climbing frame is the newest addition to our adventure playground

  • Zip Wire

    The Zip Wire was built by our very own volunteers and has been a feature of our adventure playground for over 20 years.

  • Trampolines

    We have 3 in-ground trampolines built by our own volunteers. These trampolines have important safety rules on display that must be followed at all times.
